Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

AIDex is built to help organizations adopt and optimize AI responsibly. This policy exists to protect all users, maintain the integrity of the platform, and ensure that the Service remains secure and available for everyone.

2. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

2.1 Illegal Activity

Do not use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law, including fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.

2.2 Unauthorized Access

Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other user accounts, or connected systems. Do not probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without our written permission.

2.3 Harmful Content

Do not upload or submit content that is malicious, defamatory, obscene, threatening, or that contains viruses, malware, or other harmful code. All uploaded files are scanned for threats.

2.4 Service Disruption

Do not take any action that disrupts or degrades the performance of the Service, including denial of service attacks, flooding with automated requests, or deliberately overloading system resources.

2.5 Data Scraping

Do not use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or other automated tools to extract data from the Service without explicit written permission.

2.6 Reverse Engineering

Do not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, or data models of the Service. Do not attempt to reconstruct the AI prompts or model configurations used by the platform.

3. AI Usage Guidelines

3.1 Responsible Use

Use AI features responsibly and ethically. The AI generates content to support your decision-making, not to replace it. You are ultimately responsible for the decisions you make based on AI generated content.

3.2 Human Review Required

Do not rely on AI generated content as your sole basis for making organizational decisions, especially those related to security, compliance, budgeting, or personnel. Always have qualified humans review and validate AI generated outputs before acting on them.

3.3 No Misrepresentation of AI Output

Do not present AI generated reports, roadmaps, or scores as if they were human-authored professional assessments, audits, or certifications. If you share AI generated content with third parties, you must disclose that it was generated by an AI system.

4. Data Handling Rules

4.1 No Data Exfiltration

Do not extract, transfer, or export data from the Service for purposes that violate these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of other users.

4.2 Respect Tenant Isolation

Each organization has its own isolated data environment. Do not attempt to access, view, or interfere with data belonging to other organizations. If you discover a vulnerability that could compromise tenant isolation, report it to us immediately at support@aidex.sh.

4.3 Sensitive Data Awareness

Be thoughtful about the data you submit. Assessment responses are processed by third-party AI providers (see our Privacy Policy). Do not submit highly sensitive information such as social security numbers, financial account credentials, or classified government data through assessment forms unless your organization has reviewed and accepted the associated risks.

5. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this policy, please report it to us at support@aidex.sh. If you discover a security vulnerability, we ask that you report it privately rather than disclosing it publicly. We commit to acknowledging your report within 48 hours.

6. Enforcement and Consequences

We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violation. Depending on severity, we may:

• Issue a written warning
• Temporarily suspend access while we investigate
• Permanently terminate the user's account
• Terminate the entire organization's account if the violation reflects organizational policy
• Report the activity to law enforcement
• Pursue legal remedies
